75th Annual Carrot Festival Parade
Vessey took 1st place in the Commercial Float Division at this year’s Carrot Festival Parade on February 12, 2022.
Riders include friends, family and those who keep our farm running, including our very own Bartt Ries as the King of Romaine!
Paco Garcia, our float designer accepts the 1st Place trophy!

Retirement Luncheon
Vessey & Co would like to congratulate Ponciano Vallejo (Chano) and Israel Santacruz on their retirement! Between the two, they have almost 90 years of service! Chano began working for Vessey when he was just 14 years old! Santa Cruz began in 1990! Although both will be missed, we wish them the best!

2020 Carrot Festival Parade
Vessey & Company wins 1st Place with their Float, inspired by Rio De Janero’s Carnival, this year’s theme of the 73rd Annual Carrot Festival.

IV Ag Tour for Teachers
The first annual Ag Tour for Teachers was held on February 6, 2020 and was sponsored by Farm Smart and the University of California. Jack Vessey provided information on farming in the Valley while complying with food safety regulations and labor laws.
Vessey also provided lunch at the conclusion of the event.

Men's Day 2018!
This year's Men's Day was spent at Petco Park! A tailgate party and baseball is a great way to show our appreciation for all the hard work these guys do year round!
